Why is the network indicator gray?

Check that your server and KeyChip are configured correctly.

Why does scanning my card show “Aime is in use”?

This happens if you have used your account through munet on a version newer than the one shown in the bottom-left corner of the startup screen, then try to sign in to the current version with the same account.

Consider creating a new sub-account on the account page and signing in with it instead.

How do I open the information bar after a song?

• After version 0.7: tap the three dots once to show the buttons. Long-press to open settings.
• Before version 0.7: long-press the button.

The game is lagging. What can I do?

Turn off Memory Saving Mode, turn on Aggressive Optimization, lower the graphics quality, and try again.

Why can't I scan my card?

Check that you have entered a card number. It must:

• Contain exactly 20 digits.
• Not start with 3.
• Contain no spaces.

What should I include in a bug report?

• Your game version and platform.
• The steps you took before the issue occurred.
• Screenshots or a screen recording.
• Error messages or relevant log excerpts. Remove account details, keys and other personal information before sharing.
